Rule 235
Attorney General Expresses Opinion
(1) If the Speaker deems it necessary to seek the opinion of the Attorney General regarding any legal question, he shall allow the Attorney General to appear in the House and express his opinion in accordance with clause (4) of Article 158 of the Constitution.
(2) Opinions expressed in accordance with sub-rule (1) shall not be discussed.
(3) The procedure for expressing opinions as per sub-rule (1) shall be as determined by the Speaker.
